Closures for every bottle that has to hold.
Syrups, spirits, edible oil, pesticides, flavour concentrates and vials — sealed with aluminium ROPP caps across regulated and high-volume sectors.
What our caps seal, every day.
Pharmaceutical
Cough syrups, tonics, homeopathy and ayurvedic preparations and injectable vials. Buyers here care about two things above all: a tamper-evident closure that shows interference at a glance, and a dimension sheet they can put in front of an auditor. Both travel with every batch.
Distillery and spirits
The roll-on pilfer-proof cap is the closure the spirits trade standardised on, because the excise seal and the consumer's first twist are the same event. Anodised gold and colour-coated finishes carry the brand on the neck.
Food, edible oil and agro
Edible oil, sauces, vinegars and food additives, where the enemy is oxygen and a slow seep through a badly seated liner. A correctly seated EPE wad holds the seal through a long distribution chain and a warm warehouse.
Speciality chemicals and agro-chemicals
Pesticides, laboratory reagents and cleaning chemicals need a liner that will not be attacked by the contents. Tell us the formulation and we will recommend EPE or latex before you commit to a production batch.
Flavours and fragrances
Concentrates where a trace of contamination or a slow loss of volatiles ruins the batch. These customers tend to test the liner harder than anyone, which is a useful discipline for us.
Cosmetics and personal care
Hair oils, serums and lotions in glass, finished in anodised gold, silver or a custom shade to match the pack. The cap is the first thing a customer touches.
Which size fits which bottle.
ROPP cap size follows the bottle's neck diameter in millimetres, not the bottle's volume. A 100 ml syrup bottle and a 200 ml one often take the same 22 mm cap.
| Size | Typical bottles |
|---|---|
| 20 mm | Injectable vials, small pharma and cosmetic bottles |
| 22 mm | Syrups, tonics, lab reagents, flavour bottles |
| 25 mm | Spirit miniatures, concentrates, edible oil |
| 28 mm | Beverages, food and agro packs, wide-neck bottles |
Unsure? Send a sample bottle and we will measure the neck finish for you.
