GSR Metal Caps is a proprietor-led manufacturer of roll-on pilfer-proof aluminium closures in Chennai — supplying pharmaceutical, distillery, food, flavour and chemical producers across India.

We make aluminium ROPP caps in 20, 22, 25 and 28 mm with your choice of EPE or latex wad — the liner that decides whether a bottle holds its seal through transport, storage and shelf life.
The work is exacting. A cap a fraction out of tolerance jams a filling line or leaks in the carton, and a colour that drifts between batches gets a consignment rejected at goods-inward. So we hold sizing tight, match colour to an approved specimen, and dispatch on the date we promised.
Orders are handled by the proprietor directly. For most buyers that is the difference — one person who knows your neck finish, your wad and your last three batches.

Made in-house
Manufactured at our own Chennai works rather than bought in and relabelled, so a sizing drift is caught here and not on your filling line.
Held to a written spec
Diameter, height, wall and liner thickness checked against the specification sheet for your size before a batch is released.
EPE and latex wads
The liner is chosen for your product, not fitted by default — syrups, spirits, oils and reagents each behave differently against a seal.
Dispatched when promised
Planned production against your schedule. Closures are the cheapest part of your pack and the easiest one to be caught short of.
